BEING A PERSONAL BRAND IN THE CORPORATE WORLD
TRAINING & WORKSHOP WORK
To know the values of the company by employees isn´t enough anymore. One of the criteria that will make a difference in the new world is that each person is aware of his own personal brand, integrates this brand power with the organization he works with and uses it in stakeholder communication. Our goal in this training & workshop is to ensure that each participant develops awareness of the brand as a personal brand and to explain how to integrate this brand power with the company´s brand power.
Participants will internalize tactics on how to use this integrated power, especially in stakeholder communication, and will rehearse it at the workshop event.
